How do I update KYC info or resubmit documents? (When fiat is available)

Once fiat transactions are enabled, you can update your KYC info or resubmit documents directly in the app. We use Plaid for identity verification. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile or settings and select “Verify Identity” or “Update KYC.”
  2. Follow the prompts to update your info or upload new documents.
  3. Make sure your documents are clear, not expired, and match your info exactly.
  4. If your previous attempt failed, you’ll be able to try again — Plaid allows up to 3 retries.
  5. If you’re still having issues, reach out to support for help.
  • Reminder: Your KYC must be completed and approved before you can send or receive fiat.
